co-working - terms & conditions
NON-SUBSCRIBERS
1) Look in the calendar for free spots, there are six potentially available spaces (A to F)
2) Fill in your name and surnameon the (half) day you want to book
3) We're usually starting at 9AM and finishing at 6PM (other times may be accommodated)
4) Daily cost is €15/25 half/day (excl. VAT - personal use or VAT exempt organisation, no VAT): desk, coffee/thee, water, kitchenette. Payment per trimester, invoice possible.
5) If cancelled less than 1 day before, payment is required.
6) By filling your name in the agenda you agree to the terms and conditions (agenda keeps history of edits)
